We'll be back soon...

The Silver Mountain Experience is currently closed as we take a short pause to review and plan the next chapter of the attraction.
We’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve created and the memories shared with our visitors, and we’re excited about what the future may hold.
Thank you for your support and understanding, we hope to share more updates with you soon.

18th December 2020

The Silver Mountain Experience is closed for the remainder of 2020

Given the announcement from the Welsh Government regarding Tier 4 restrictions being implemented after Christmas, we feel that for safety of our staff and visitors, we are unable to operate our Christmas at The Silver Mountain Experience event.
_
We feel it would be irresponsible given the current climate, even though we have gone to great lengths to implement a variety of COVID-19 preventions. To say we’re gutted is an understatement, as we were looking forward to spreading some much-needed festive cheer this Christmas.
_
We will be in touch soon via email to all who have booked tickets to arrange a refund or credit note. If you would like to help support a local business, you can ask for a credit note which can be used throughout the 2021 season.
_
Following the closure of outdoor attractions on Monday, we have also taken the decision to close the Miner’s Rest Café until further notice. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for further updates of when we can re-open.
_
We look forward to seeing you in 2021,
_
