The Silver Mountain Experience is pleased to announce that the doors of their popular Elves’ Workshop and Santa’s Grotto will be opening this festive season. From December 19th – 23rd 2020, visitors will be able to see the elves busily prepare for the big day. Visitors will also be able to meet the ‘big guy’ himself, and children will receive an early present too. This visit will be completely private to each ‘social bubble’ meaning that you can have your own personal tour.
Alongside this excitement, there are a whole host of other activities that are included within the ticket price. Visitors can enjoy Christmas cookie decorating, explore the special Reindeer Trail and enjoy the other surface attractions that The Silver Mountain Experience has to offer, including the Mining Museum, Miner’s Trail, Fossil Dig and more. For those wanting to experience one of our guided tours, A Dragon’s Tale and A Miner’s Life will also be running. These additional tours are being offered at a reduced rate and can be booked on the day of your visit.
Since the summer, The Silver Mountain Experience has welcomed thousands of visitors through the door in a safe and COVID-19 secure way. These safety measures are in place to ensure visitors have an enjoyable and safe visit. Their Christmas event is pre-book only, and each timed slot is for your group only.
